Pendant light, Viscontea, white, Ø68cm, H49cm - Flos

Discover the Viscontea suspension created by designers Achille and Pier Giacomo Catigliono in 1960 for the Flos house.

This luminaire is composed of a steel structure covered with a transparent protection on which is sprayed a "cocoon" resin. This weaving gives the suspension a mystical dimension. When the lamp is off, it looks like a flower before it blooms. Once lit, the light source awakens in the heart of the resin and the Viscontea suspension then takes on a completely different aspect. The weaving is revealed and then gives the impression that a treasure is contained therein, both close thanks to the finesse of the "cocoon" resin and inaccessible thanks to the intersecting threads.

Iconic, the Viscontea pendant light is a landmark in the history of Achille Castiglioni. In the center of a living room, a dining room or a large entrance, this creation, 68 cm in diameter and 49 cm in height, stands out as the centerpiece of your interior.

The light source is not included. We recommend an E27 type LED bulb, 100W Max.
