The Gothic double wall sconce from Lyfa dates back to the 1970s!

It's a unique sconce designed by Bent Karlby in 1970.
Surprisingly, there's still very little information on this series, which makes GOTHIC an intriguing piece of Danish design mystery. The name was Karlby's reference to the Gothic architectural style that flourished throughout Europe from the 12th to the 16th century, characterized by tall, narrow structures with pointed arches.

The open top allows upward lighting, leaving a striking pattern on the wall.
Through the narrow peepholes - one of Karlby's trademarks - a small stream of light flows outwards and onto the wall.

The luminaire measures 28 x 20.6 x 10.6 cm. The 2 G9 max 28W light sources are not supplied, and the white cable measures 2.5m.
