The Silverback model was designed by KiBiSi for the Louis Poulsen publishing house.

KiBiSi are Danish designers who currently represent one of the most influential design groups in Scandinavia. The Silverback suspension is designed to give the impression of floating in the room, like a simple and pleasant light form. The Silverback suspension belongs to a product family that also includes a wall mounted version.

The pendant light emits a diffuse light. The curved shape and opalescent appearance of the diffuser provide the room with soft and pleasant lighting, mainly directed downwards. Metallised and translucent, the rear face of the diffuser produces a halo effect and reflects ambient light. The rounded shape of the white dome underlines the curve of the diffuser. Simple and elegant, the luminaire is suspended from its own cord. The stability and balance of the luminaire is ensured by a white tube fixed to the top of the housing.

Equipped with LED technology, Silverback is a modern lamp where aesthetics and technology meet.
