Here's the Caravaggio Matt suspension, finished in grey 25, designed by Cécile Manz for Danish brand Fritz Hansen.

Caravaggio Matt's silky-matt appearance gives this suspension a soft, warm feel. The reference to silk lies in the softness of the touch, and the warm silk enhances the silhouette of the famous Caravaggio shape in a sober, elegant way.

Caravaggio™ suspensions were launched in 2005 and instantly acquired iconic design status. With Caravaggio, designer Cecilie Manz combines recognizable form with modern expression.

The simple, timeless suspension fixture features a metal shade with soft, feminine lines, held in place by a chrome-plated metal hanger. The textile cable is particularly well integrated into the design and gives the lamp its finishing touch. The Caravaggio lamp casts a concentrated downward light while illuminating both the suspension and the cable through a hole in the top of the lamp. The depth of the shade prevents glare.

The suspension measures 16.5 cm in diameter and 21.6 cm in height. The E27 LED bulb with a maximum power of 46W is not supplied, but is necessary for the luminaire to work properly. Supplied with white rosette and 3-meter gray textile cable.
