Marco Stefanelli is a designer and graphic artist from Torino, Italy. Founder of the Boxer Design Studio in 2006, he experiments with different materials of a high quality: the poetic plasticity of resins, the organic nature of wood, the malleability of iron and concrete.
With his high-end designs, he brings together nature and artifice as exemplified in his lamps made of natural cedar logs that create a stunning relationship between light, wood and resin. These are continuously evolving works that are able to pair LED technology with natural elements in a strong synergic relationship.
The new frontiers of his research have led him to mix 3D printing technology with traditional techniques and materials, generating unexpected results.
He brings together nature and artifice as exemplified in his lamps made of natural cedar logs.
