Here was an apartment that demanded attention and interest.
With two beautiful reception rooms separated from each other and beautiful windows opening onto a long balcony, the day space had a lot going for it. On the other side, the bedrooms were charming but needed to be reorganized. In addition, it was necessary to create a beautiful master suite.
We quickly decided to open up and combine the two large reception rooms to create a single living space, with the kitchen as the nerve center of the apartment. Indeed, the kitchen is the place where the whole family likes to get together and spend time together, but also where each person can work at his or her own pace. The large island table (over 2m20) and its 1m x 1m bar are ideal for socializing.
